For the Department “Marketing, Community Relations” within Karger Experience, the Karger arm which is aimed at communities and markets, we are looking for a motivated person to join our increasingly agile organization as


Community Data Specialist 60%


Among your other duties you will be responsible for the technical/data-based support of the Community Relations department in the continuous development and expansion of knowledge about personas and communities.


 


This multifaceted role includes:



  • Community data maintenance, building Karger ontology from internal and external data sources

  • Establishing/expanding of contact data base and ensuring optimal use of data

  • Collaboration in the evaluation and interpretation of data, CRM systems (Salesforce) and tools, creation of statistics and reports

  • Support/optimisation of existing processes in data maintenance

  • System-supported development and expansion of knowledge about the Karger Personas

  • Visualisation of the communities in their ecosystems

  • Collaboration in various interdepartmental projects and strategic actions in the area of data

  • General support in the optimal segmentation of customer data for targeted campaigns, control of mail activities, dispatch and follow-up


Qualification and experience required:



  • Successfully completed basic commercial training with further training in the areas of business intelligence, business analysis, data analysis, data management

  • Professional experience in a comparable function in the field of data management (acquisition, administration, maintenance and analysis of data) as well as experience with Salesforce would be a great advantage

  • Understanding and experience in the area of communities, ecosystems is an advantage

  • Initiative, ability to work under pressure, motivation, communication skills and interest of processes and their optimization

  • Careful working methods and high attention to detail

  • German and business fluent written and spoken English are essential

  • Confident handling of MS Office and experience with databases
