Responsibilities




    • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy

    • Line management of the supply chain team of currently two employees

    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service teams, Production, Development, Finance and manage the relationship with suppliers and partners

    • Suggest solutions for process improvements, identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner

    • Operational purchasing, supply materials for production to guarantee components availability

    • Strategic purchasing, cost analysis of products, risk analysis, supplier audits, frame contracts

    • Customer order processing

    • Contribute to an integrated system architecture, improve interfaces with partners

    • Inventory management, stock keeping, replenishment

    • Inventory valuation, monthly reporting

    • Knowhow and support for worldwide import and export

    • Ownership of the supply chain management process and system master data

    • Determine key supply chain KPI



Requirements




    • Technical background (FH), degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar field

    • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or a key role in supply chain management

    • Minimum five years of relevant working experience

    • Hands-on experience as key user or project leader in implementing ERP systems

    • Analytical, critical thinker and problem-solving skills

    • Project lead or team lead experience

    • Great interpersonal and communication skills, team player

    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English

    • Sense of ownership and its impact on the company

    • EFTA work permit 



Plus




    • Experience in Start-up environment and eager to work in a dynamic environment

    • Background in High-Tech or Swiss mechanical, electrical and metal industry (MEM) industries

    • Additional languages such as German

    • Consulting experience in implementing integrated ERP systems
