Responsibilities
Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
Line management of the supply chain team of currently two employees
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service teams, Production, Development, Finance and manage the relationship with suppliers and partners
Suggest solutions for process improvements, identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
Operational purchasing, supply materials for production to guarantee components availability
Knowhow and support for worldwide import and export
Ownership of the supply chain management process and system master data
Determine key supply chain KPI
Requirements
Technical background (FH), degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar field
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or a key role in supply chain management
Minimum five years of relevant working experience
Hands-on experience as key user or project leader in implementing ERP systems
Analytical, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Project lead or team lead experience
Great interpersonal and communication skills, team player
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English
Sense of ownership and its impact on the company
EFTA work permit
Plus
Experience in Start-up environment and eager to work in a dynamic environment
Background in High-Tech or Swiss mechanical, electrical and metal industry (MEM) industries
Additional languages such as German
Consulting experience in implementing integrated ERP systems
