Treasury at IKEA Supply AG provides financial services and support to the Inter IKEA Group globally. The Payment Department is responsible for executing payments to IKEA suppliers worldwide. The team works in close cooperation with other Treasury Departments, Invoice Processing Centres, and Business Solutions Team and has daily contact with banks and other external service providers.

About the job


As Super-user for Payment Factory System (PFS) you support Treasury Payment Factory, Inter IKEA Group Accounting & Finance functions and Supplier Payment Information. The responsibilities include


· Steer and develop the super-user community within the Treasury function and the core businesses.


· Collaborate with the business through the whole value chain to ensure efficient processes are supported with the most appropriate digital PFS solutions


· Quality assurance of PFS solutions to secure optimised utilisation and performance


· Involvement in major projects and upgrades in relation to PFS Business Solutions


· Support end-users with training and on-boarding programs and communication


· Contribute to overall planning and prioritisation within Business Solution Steering


· Back-up for Treasury Management System (TMS) super user


· Support process development for “procure to pay” process with core business and the treasury function.


· Support core business with managing the bank guarantee portfolio


· Lead and develop efficient, effective and well connected Treasury reporting for Inter IKEA group


· Implement strategies and frameworks for Treasury function within Inter IKEA group


Qualifications


About you


To be successful in this role you need:


· 5+ years of treasury or financial management experience in large organisations


· Bachelor degree in Treasury / Finance / Economics or a related field


· Experience in collaborating with co-workers in an international and culturally diverse work environment.


· 3+ years of experience of managing of business solutions, preferably solutions in the payments field.


· Capability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders and business partners


· Capability to navigate business and people in complexity, ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.


· Capability to collaborate and work in processes, enabling change and engaging different IKEA competences in the network.
