Senior Business Risk Manager

Your field of responsibility

 

Join us as a Senior Business Risk Manager within Credit Suisse Trust AG (CST) located in Zurich. You lead the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) for the process Group. As part of the RCSA you will review the control framework for the First Line of Defense to ensure the key controls are in place, designed properly and are operating effectively for the Trust and Life Business. You perform effectiveness checks on key controls and reports as well as support the Front Business with regard to processes and procedures, controls, regulatory requirements like RRRP, PEPs, initiatives, etc. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the handling of Operational Risk incidents, errors including analysis, lessons learned and action points. MICOS controls, KRI and KPI reporting including route cause analysis and review of agreed measures are also within your scope. Several ad hoc request will give you the opportunity to contribute to central initiatives and projects. .

Your skills and experience

 

You’ll be a good match, if you have: 



  • University degree or equivalent education

  • Proven experience in a similar role

  • A problem solver with excellent analytical skills and understanding of the clients' needs

  • Ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, responsibility and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills paired with superb communication skills that help to foster team-work and establish and maintaining positive working relationships with peers, management and clients

  • Fluency in English, German is an asset
