Your field of responsibility

In this role you proactively assist to ensure the quality of KYC documentation for existing client accounts. As part of the KYC Task force you play a significant role to support the bank’s standards and policies as well as our Risks and Controls Framework. By providing support to the Front Office Organization on all KYC related topics you take ownership of high quality reviews and identify relevant Compliance risk issues.

Your skills and experience

You describe yourself as confident self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working with multiple business partners including senior relationship managers and team leads is what you enjoy and motivates you. 

• 3-6 years proven experience in Compliance or KYC controls, AML or Financial Crime Compliance or on a KYC remediation project 


• A persuasive communicator with a positive “can-do” demeanour, and can identify areas of improvements and gaps


• An outstanding collaborator that can work independently with minimal direct supervision


• Exceptional time management, leadership skills and can prioritize tasks


• You are results-oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, attention to detail and of good quality


• Proficiency in English is required, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and French is an asset 


• Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
