Balance Sheet Specialist for the International Wealth Management Division

Your field of responsibility

 

  • An exciting opportunity for you to become part of our Balance Sheet Management team within the CFO area of International Wealth Management (IWM). In this function, you will collaborate with senior management and will find excellent networking opportunities across many different Credit Suisse functions.

  • A key position in which you act as subject matter expert on topics such as liquidity management and there especially on deposit pricing, Divisional Liquidity Requirements and profitability calculations

  • The opportunity to support business requests, to drive and playing an active role in cross divisional-projects

  • You the responsibility for performing ad-hoc tasks e.g. profitability analysis, educating of front organizations and improving efficient use of our Balance Sheet

  • Exposure to the latest regulatory development (e.g. BIS and FINMA regulations)

  • A challenging role in which you can support additionally on Balance sheet related topics such as net interest income, fund transfer pricing and develop the internal steering framework for Balance Sheet products

  • The responsibility for maintaining and further development of the interface between Finance, Front, Risk and Treasury organization

Your skills and experience

 

  • A customer oriented and precise in the way of working. You are result-oriented and you love to work with figures. You have a high sense of responsibility and an independent working practice, showing initiative and a high level of reliability.

  • Banking apprenticeship with further education (e.g. FRM, CFA) or University degree (preferably in Finance/Banking or Economics) or equivalent

  • Experience within risk, controlling or the financial industry and/or an advisory firm enables you to contribute to the team`s success

  • You combine project management capabilities and experience in Balance Sheet Liquidity Management, Risk, Finance or Regulatory functions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to foster consensus in decisional processes, also for challenging and complex initiatives

  • You describe yourself as a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude

  • You are a visionary, flexible and positive personality who wants to strive for an exciting career within the Finance division in the IWM segment

  • You are a standout colleague with an independent and thorough way of working with minimum supervision

  • You possess a proven analytical and conceptual skillset and very good knowledge of MS office tools (Power Point and Excel)

  • You speak English fluently, German language skills are considered an asset
