We offer a challenging senior position within the First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) team, the inhouse center of competence in risk matters for the Private Banking markets of Russia, Israel, East-ern Europe and Central Asia. An outstanding opportunity to work in a meaningful role on risk related projects and act as a sparring partner for the senior management and all Business Area functions in dealing with operational and conduct risks of BA Emerging Europe.
In collaboration with central risk functions you contribute to the evolution of the Risk and Control (R&C) Framework of the Emerging Europe business, develop and implement best practice standards for the Business Area, as well as support identifying, analyzing and mitigating overarching risk pat-terns. Coordinate, prepare and document risk related Committees, sound with stakeholders and drive follow-up actions.
