Your field of responsibility

 

The Swiss Universal Bank IT (SUB IT) organization is responsible for developing, maintaining and strategically transforming the SUB’s application portfolio in close collaboration with our business sponsors. SUB IT applications technical landscape has key technologies like Java, Angular 7, Spring Boot Microservices, Big-Data and Mainframes related technologies. There are also products like PEGA, Appway and Wealth Manager Platform. We follow Agile and DevOps methodology to efficiently manage the development and delivery of technology.


This is part of the strategic decision to build BPP Platform to deliver the Direct Banking Product Offerings. BPP Platform will deliver across Avanti: Entry Product Offering, New Banking Product Offering, Corporate Bundles, Kids Bundle, Bundle Automation etc. As BPP Platform is a brand-new engagement, these roles are very crucial to deliver Direct Banking breakthroughs.



  • Communicating information clearly and appropriately to Application Owners and Sr. Management level, Project Managers, Development teams, Change teams, Business end users, Technical SME’s

  • Working with core and satellite squads along with full blown Agile methodologies

  • Reviewing multiple changes planned, assess impact / dependency of changes and schedule

  • Coordinating for code deployments for UAT / Regression phases

  • Handling the software delivery framework and audit requirements around releases & corresponding documentation

  • Hosting release calls during release, track and publish release status

Your skills and experience

 

We are looking for vibrant and dynamic individual who could guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.



  • 10+ years of experience in the IT domain

  • Must have a certified Agile Scrum Master and minimum 3 years of Investment Banking and/or Financial Service experience

  • Good to have Agile Release Train Engineer as well as Requirement Engineering/BA experience driving big programs end-to-end from Program Governance and Execution prospective

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and can coordinate well with business partners

  • Must have good project management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, WBS (work breakdown structures), project timelines as an Agile Release Train Engineer

  • Solid experience in all stages of Software Development Life-Cycle, with proficiency in agile Methodology.

  • Outstanding business and presentation skills

  • Demonstrate strong drive, initiative and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also delivering on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
