Your field of responsibility

• We offer a challenging role for a Data Architect/Data Engineer within the IWM’s Chief Data Officer Team with the following responsibilities:


• Collaborate with teams (Business & IT) in change delivery & provide your expert support from data perspective including data sourcing, data dictionary definitions, governance practices, and standards


• You provide key input into overall IT architecture of the solution, including, data modelling, data flows, and data sourcing from strategic approved sources


• Creating & maintaining Conceptual, Logical data model 


• Supporting various change initiatives with expert input for data related regulatory requirements (Cross Border, GDPR, BCBS 239) etc.. 


• Assess business criticality and business value of data. Collect information about existing DQ Issues


• Define a data roadmap and execute respective implementation initiatives


• End-to end data lifecycle management activities

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years’ experience in a large global bank 


• A university degree or equivalent education in IT or similar technical specialization, ideally with focus on Data Management or equivalent work experience


• Knowledge of Financial products and processing, Wealth Management is advantageous


• You have proven work experience in data architecture delivering within large global projects


• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with changing priorities and tight deadlines, manage you own workload with minimum supervision 


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Experienced in Project Management


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
