  • Are you looking for exciting project management opportunity based in Zurich within the SUB Institutional Clients COO organization? Then this might be your future role!

  • A role that combines project management responsibility for a multitude of strategic topics for the IC Head and COO, as well as a position to contribute to Business Area’s (BA) sales and performance management activities, including pricing, liquidity and capital management

  • The responsibility to act as the sparring partner of both the BA management and the front organization by contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions and offerings (e.g., digitalization strategy, ESG sales approach, targeted client and product strategies)

  • The opportunity to learn about how our business of four diverse departments is being managed and how value is created for our clients front-to-back

  • A great platform close to the BA management, to develop your career and to build a strong and broad cross-functional network with high exposure to various partners including senior management inside the BA, Division and Bank

Your skills and experience

 

  • A university degree in Economics, Business Administration or IT 

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in business development / project management, ideally with IT involvement

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the talent to dive into details as well as to concisely aggregate relevant information to senior management communication level

  • Strong project management skills, able to simultaneously handle various complex topics and work streams in a high pressure environment

  • Convincing interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to interact with various key partners across different seniority levels and to build sustainable relationships

  • Affinity for technology and innovation in the field of finance 

  • Excellent MS Office skills especially in PowerPoint and Excel

  • Very good command of English and German, any other language skills are beneficial
