Online Banking Specialist - International Wealth Management Front Support Center

A challenging role as a Front Support specialist for international Private Banking clients located in Zurich.



  • A unique chance to act as a point of contact for the Front organization with regard to online banking enquiries as well operational activities covering activation, modification, RET online etc.

  • An important intermediary position between Front organization and Back Office to provide best possible solutions

  • A great opportunity to improve processes and tools via interaction with different project teams

  • The possibility to acquire further specialized knowledge (e.g. Payments, Credit Cards) being embedded in a motivated and dynamic team in order to build up your career in Private Banking

  • A great platform to improve your personal as well as technical skillset


Your skills and experience

 

Ideally first experience in a role as a Front Supporter or equivalent experience in financial area.



  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, any other language is an asset

  • Precise way of working and willingness to cope with pressure

  • A solution driven mind-set paired with flexibility, dedication and self-motivation 

  • Affinity for digitization topics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
