The role:

As a Project Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to develop clients, manage and execute projects with a high performing team of experienced business professionals and entrepreneurs. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the company and have an impact on the market by showing clients what makes Genioo truly different to other consulting businesses.

What you should enjoy doing:

• Contribute to and lead project teams that include independent consultants and client team members over extended time periods with involvement across all phases of the project.


• Provide comprehensive solutions to business challenges for our clients, particularly related to productivity, operational excellence, transformation, implementation and change management.


• Deliver projects on time and on budget, ensuring that all work performed during the project aligns with / exceeds client’s expectations and reflects the Genioo standards.


• Proactively identifying and cultivating business opportunities, responding to customer requirements and helping craft insightful, high-quality solutions to solve complex business challenges.


• Help to develop and continuously expand Genioo’s service offerings and methodologies.


• Contribute to the development of a fast-growing organization and scaling of internal functions.

What we look for:

• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant consulting experience in the Life Science industry from a leading management consultancy.


• Experience in the delivery of successful projects in productivity, operational excellence, transformation, implementation and change management, ideally in the life sciences industry.


• A bias for execution and a "hands-on" approach to get things done and make a demonstrable impact on projects.


• Talent for synthesizing complex topics and explaining them in easily-understood terms to a variety of stakeholders.


• You’re an excellent networker with a proven track record in winning new clients and keeping your relationships with them alive.


• You have a healthy competitive nature and jump at the chance to pursue new business opportunities.


• Entrepreneurial enthusiasm to help build a cutting-edge business and change the way companies do project work.


• Contagious passion combined with demonstrated leadership in motivating people.
