As the Sales Business Analyst you will be the key sales/customer experience resource in the implementation of our new ERP(Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) and upgrade of our CRM(Salesforce).You dive into the design to ensure we're meeting requirements and creating user-friendly processes. You'll own process mapping, testing and training with key users. This is a chance to be involved in one of the largest projects at On and gain exposure to many parts of the business. Post roll-out you'll own taking the systems and process to the next level - delivering solutions to solve sales pain points and meet new requirements.The role will either be based in Berlin or Zurich.
