As the Sales Business Analyst you will be the key sales/customer experience resource in the implementation of our new ERP(Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) and upgrade of our CRM(Salesforce).You dive into the design to ensure we're meeting requirements and creating user-friendly processes. You'll own process mapping, testing and training with key users. This is a chance to be involved in one of the largest projects at On and gain exposure to many parts of the business. Post roll-out you'll own taking the systems and process to the next level - delivering solutions to solve sales pain points and meet new requirements.The role will either be based in Berlin or Zurich.

We’re looking for someone who is excited about On’s core business, comfortable in a sales environment, and ready to dive into details at any moment to solve a problem. 


Your Mission:



  • Become the sales system Subject Matter Expert for D365 and Salesforce

  • Develop a deep understanding of sales and customer experience processes through job shadow and knowledge sharing

  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping, testing and training of key users

  • Partner with other functions to ensure end-to-end processes have smooth handoffs and comply with the requirements for other areas of the business

  • Prioritize requirements to ensure those most critical to business success are implemented first, identify pain points and inspire innovative solutions to automate and scale business processes


Your Story:



  • 5-8 years of experience in a project management or business analyst role within a growing sales organization

  • Ownership experience during a system implementation(s) (i.e. analyze, design, build, test, implement, train and support)

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operations and/or Salesforce

  • Subject matter expertise in sales and/or customer experience operations

  • A process mindset and familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques

  • Ability to communicate clearly to both business and technical stakeholders

  • Proven project management skills and focus on end user
