Position Summary


 


As Consumer & Marketplace Insight Manager, you will support marketing, media, eBusiness and other relevant functions that ensure successful Brand Building by providing them with analysis, insights and information that help understand the target who, what and why they do it.


A Day in the Life of a Consumer & Marketplace Insight Manager


 



  • Drive Know your consumer Deeply 'Winning actions' holistically in coordination with brands builders

  • Continuously build Consumer Knowledge and synthesize consumer understanding, deliver high-impact insight-based inputs & recommendations that drive brand/business strategies to win in the marketplace

  • Lead development and evolution of mechanism and tools by using digital for consumer insights and disseminate to cross-functional stakeholders and the markets.

  • Manage Global projects (PFME effectiveness (Marketing Model Mix), Brand equity…)

  • Explore and provide guidance to the markets/businesses to harness big data, measurement and analytics including predictive analytics in the consumer & marketplace insights area

  • Continuously scan the external environment to proactively identify and assess new leading-edge thinking, trends and tools in all topical areas of the CMI space to build future-forward competitive advantage

  • Develop guidelines, toolkits, process flows, learning decks on identified subjects and disseminating to markets and businesses


What will make you successful


 



  • 5-7 years of experience in CMI 

  • Experience in Marketing Model Mix

  • Experience in Digital for Consumer Insights

  • Ability to work on new areas and development of new ideas in a cross functional working environment
