The People & Places team is looking for a Recruiting Manager who loves what means to be a people person. You are eager to become a vital part of the organization by impacting not only the team but by helping nurture and facilitate Appway, and it's future.
As a Recruiting Manager at Appway, you are not only able to tackle the day-to-day recruiting activities with ease, but drive all activities related to talent attraction and recruiting. This position is a temporary position for 6 months initially, subject to be permanent.

Your Responsibilities
• Own and drive recruiting end to end
• Communicate with hiring manager to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
• Help to define job description and document specifications
• Research into competitors and market places - identify candidates using a variety of channels
• Conduct first hiring interviews
• Support with other activities related to attracting and recruiting
What we are looking for
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources
• Impeccable English skills, both in written and verbal
• A passion for people who thrives in a fast growing, fast paced environment
• Professional experience in a start-up environment or software company is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills to solve problems and bring solutions to increase the business' success
• Tech Savvy
• Ideally you have experience with Successfactors Recruiting
