Working Student Institutional Solutions 60-80% - temporary (12 months)

Do you want to learn about Asset Management? We are currently looking for a working student to join and support the Institutional Solutions Team in Zurich.

Your opportunity

• Manage the process of executing agreements (e.g. investment management agreements, distribution agreements, investor agreements, non-disclosure agreements)


• Prepare documents for execution


• Collect signatures and send final documents for signature to counterparties


• Maintain a report on to track the execution status


• Archive signed documents


• Update and maintain client and product-related data in our systems


• Support the team with requests from internal and external stakeholders


• Provide administrative support in the context of interdisciplinary projects

 

You bring

• Bachelor Degree in economics, business administration and law


• Excellent communication skills


• Accurate and well-organised working style


• Service orientation, paired with a solution-oriented attitude


• Dedicated Team player


• Fluent in German and English in word and writing, French is a considered as an asset
