The firm currently manages EUR 1.5 billion in investor commitments across six institutional funds focused on opportunities across the energy transition spectrum, including clean energy generation, energy efficiency measures, and energy storage and integrated solutions. With a successful track record of more than 100 transactions in 20 countries to date, SUSI Partners seeks to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns for its clients and their beneficiaries while contributing meaningfully to achieving global carbon neutrality.


We are looking to add a highly motivated Investment professional to our Investment team, ready and motivated to take on this engaging role.


Key Responsibilities



  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of energy transition investment opportunities globally

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models

  • Conduct in-depth research in respect of regulatory and macroeconomic aspects of target geographies, relevant technologies and business models

  • Support the preparation of investment committee materials, internal memoranda and other transaction documents

  • Support due diligence work streams, transaction documentation and overall transaction execution for proposed investments 

  • Support in reviewing portfolio performance and assist in analyzing and reporting results for stakeholders


Your Profile



  • One to three years of experience in an infrastructure- or clean energy-related investment or advisory role

  • Strong analytical research, and presentation skills; familiarity with Bloomberg and similar research tools is a plus

  • Financial modelling skills, in particular the ability to build and interpret complex financial (DCF) models

  • Mastery of relevant corporate finance and investment concepts (valuation, budgeting, accounting, etc.)

  • Highly structured, detail-oriented and motivated self-starter

  • Constructive and collaborative approach, works well within teams and looks to identify optimal solutions for all stakeholders

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
