Amazee Metrics is an international online marketing company with offices in Zurich (Switzerland) and Cape Town (South Africa). 


We consult our clients in the fields of Online Marketing, Data & Analytics and Digital Marketing Compliance. Together with Amazee Labs (web development) and amazee.io (hosting), we are part of the Amazee Group, which operates internationally and has offices in Switzerland, South Africa, USA and Australia.


We are currently looking for a Financial & Administrative Manager to support our internal business operations from our Zürich, Hardbrücke Office. You’ll be the go-to person for the team's internal administrative topics and will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the business. From financial reporting, invoicing, and payroll, to onboarding new colleagues and coordinating the recruitment process as we grow. 


What you’ll do: 



  • You’ll be responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and annual financial statements. 

  • You’ll take care of all salary and payroll administration for the team.

  • You’ll be the first contact person for all internal administrative topics. 

  • You’ll be responsible for coordinating HR tasks such as onboarding and offboarding new team members, and posting job advertisements.

  • You’ll help arrange awesome team, and customer events!


What you’ll bring: 



  • Substantial experience performing accounting, administrative, or office management responsibilities. 

  • Experience with invoicing and processing accounts payable and receivable .

  • Organisation and time management skills alongside attention to detail

  • Comfort communicating in both English and German 

  • A supportive personality so that you can be the teams go-to person for all administrative topics

Location: We are open to you working from our Zürich, Hardbrücke office or remotely, working within Time Zone UTC+1
