We are looking for a Sales Team Leader and Business Developer located in Zurich/Lausanne in order to consolidate its existing team.

Sales Team-Leader and Business Developer (m/f/d) Full Time

Business Developer

• Develop and onboard NEW Large Clients at target segments with full Bureau Veritas portfolio, multi sites (above 100M CHF turnover)


• Engage transition with French speaking part of Switzerland business developer


• Execution of commercial strategy for key accounts and new Key Accounts


• Establish and develop a strong relationship with newly identified Key Accounts


• Deep knowledge of the Key Account (their key drivers, strategy, expansions, competition, etc) to develop it.


• Engage in large tenders response process

Sales Team Leader

• Ensure close alignments with the region and operations teams


• Ensure alignment with accountable Directors to contribute to sales growth


• Act as liaison between sales department and internal teams to ensure good sales execution contract


• Set an effective delegation process


• Support for forecast and budget


• Responsible for full implementation of Sales Force tool by the team

You have the following qualifications and skills:

• University degree


• Languages: German, English, French (proficient skills mandatory)


• Knowledge of MS-Office, and fast adaptation to new technology/software


• Strong TIC Service expertise, with focus on certification


• Large accounts network preferred


• High adaptability, flexible


• Solution provider and creativity


• Strong relationship building capacity
