Senior Solution Architect

Would you like to help us to transform our IT Infrastructure, harmonize it internationally and bring our IT services to the next level? Are you passionate about technology and its wide landscape? Then, we want to hear from you! As part of SIX IT Infrastructure & Operations, we continuously innovate our customer's experience by providing a technically mature, sustainable and up-to-date service. You're responsible to develop our next generation of IT Infrastructure building blocks on-premises and in the public cloud. You will transform our Infrastructure into hybrid cloud architectures and contribute in international infrastructure projects. The integration of BME, the specialization for further M&A activities and the harmonization of infrastructure will be an essential part of your work. 

What You Will Do

• develop, define and maintain Solution Architecture Documentation for on-premise IT Infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions in e.g. Azure


• initiate the technical implementation with the specific Competence Centers within IT


• ensure compliance with the guidelines of security, risk, audit and regulations


• foster collaboration and consult our clients in finding the right solutions


• maintain and further develop the technical vision within IT Infrastructure & Operations for the upcoming years

What You Bring

• you are specialized in IT Infrastructure technologies as well as with the integration to hybrid cloud services in e.g.  Azure


• several years' experience in IT Solution Architecture and with strong analytical skills


• familiar to IT Infrastructure & Operations technologies with a visionary mindset and practical experience (preferred in the financial and banking industry)


• very good collaboration and active listening skills as well as high empathy to achieve a broad agreement with stakeholders at all levels  


• good written and oral communication skills in English and German at a business level
