Position Summary


 


As Global Marketing Analytics Lead, you will be the key driver for defining and evolving the marketing advanced analytics & data science product strategy. You will standardize the way Nestlé looks at marketing effectiveness and step change our internal capability to track the ROI of our marketing activities and optimize our plans always-on. 


A day in the life of a Global Marketing Analytics Lead


 



  • Establish a strong data analytics function, changing Nestlé marketing culture to be more data driven 

  • Build awareness for the strategic role of data analytics and educate senior management on using analytics insights to make smarter decision and to drive growth

  • Develop long term strategic roadmap and deploy a new operating model for Nestlé to accelerate the use of analytics for PFME planning and optimization

  • Manage marketing data science solutions globally from conceptualization to delivery in close coordination with zones & markets, IS/IT and analytics service lines

  • Create solid data foundations globally by clarifying data governance, data standardization and data storage requirements for all data marketing sources with the support of global master data team and IT Enterprise analytics team

  • Identify and build talent pipelines for marketing analytics users at company level by quantify and qualify the demand for data scientists, data experts and more strategic data analytics' roles needed in the business functions for Nestlé to succeed in next 3-5 years


What will make you successful


 



  • Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics and data science and /or decision science supporting marketing & sales functions

  • Strong experience as cross functional leader in Consumer Goods industry

  • Experience in leading and growing a team directly including diverse analytics users from analytics & insights managers to data scientists

  • Fluent in English
