Your team


 


Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms, banking solutions and HR tools. The team is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.


 


You will play a key role in providing assistance to external clients in all matters related to online banking applications.


Your role


 



  • Dealing with emails and calls received by the Client Call Centre (CCC).

  • Managing communication on online banking applications in collaboration with the other business lines.

  • Guaranteeing 1st level support and following up problem resolution with 2nd and 3rd level support.

  • Running training courses for internal and external clients on the use of online banking applications.


Your profile


 



  • Swiss CFC commercial diploma or education and training considered equivalent.

  • Proven experience with help-desk type support.

  • Experience in the banking industry would be a plus.

  • Proficient user of Windows applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of Avaloq banking software would be an advantage.

  • Fluent French and English (both spoken and written) and good knowledge of Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Must be resident in Switzerland.


 


As the successful applicant you will have a keen sense of service and strong interpersonal skills. You will also be good at listening and show empathy and patience to ensure that you provide the best possible service to clients. This role will require you to work as part of a team, in particular with the Bank's different business lines both in Switzerland and abroad.
