Your Role


 


As an Intern you will


 



  • Ordering of IT equipment

  • Escalation of IT incidents

  • Provision of customer support with O365 and other business applications

  • Various administrative tasks e.g. invoice validation, project support, publication of news messages etc.

  • Work location is Zürich


 


 


Your Skills and Experience


 


As an Intern your skills and qualifications will include:


 



  • Studying Bachelor or Master in Information Technology, Business Administration or similar

  • High level of customer and team-orientated skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office O365

  • Ability to work independently and responsibly

  • Professional, positive, flexible and outgoing personality

  • Proficiency in English and German
