About this opportunity 


Our EMEA Commercial Excellence Team is hiring the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager of the iTero and DSO who will be responsible for process design and regional processes execution of two high growth segments of Align Technology: iTero and DSO (Dental Service Organization).


As a Sales Forece Effectiveness Manager you will report into the Director Sales Force Effectiveness EMEA and develop a multiregional process landscape to ensure high customer net new growth in DSO & iTero through integrated process planning.


 


 


In this role, you will… 


 



  • Strategically own the EMEA process DSO & iTero customer journey and aligns the execution to defined policies and procedures to meet performance expectations for consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery. Uses judgment, subject matter expertise, and proven methodologies to minimize risk and revenue impact.

  • Acts as a thought leader in driving process consistency in DSO & iTero EMEA processes design and implementation.

  • Serve as liaison between EMEA sales and marketing teams to develop concepts and coordinate process knowledge for DSO & iTero EMEA to ensure high quality standards.

  • Provide planning and controlling development of the technical support and service needs. Support international data analysis to production including volume planning.

  • Overlook Customer interfacing activities like Customer Service (Order entry team), Billing and Clinical Support (Scan modelling team) in the EMEA Region.

  • Provide accurate and timely commercial reports and dashboards as well as proactive business insights and recommendations to help drive DSO & iTero business in EMEA.

  • Responsible to organize complex sales process data and validation, manipulation and analysis, to presentation of key business insights and recommendations to senior sales management.

  • Seek opportunities for improvement within processes or services and proposes changes or adjustments to plans.

  • Develop effective, strong relationships with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Intelligence/IT teams) to ensure a high impact and value for the EMEA DSO & iTero processes plan & execution.


In this role, you’ll need … 


 



  • 10+ years of relevant work experience including a minimum of five years in the field of business operations, business planning and/or sales process design & implementation

  • Strong consultancy mind-set being able to analytical, quantitative, and abstract build process landscapes and ensure strong implementation in the EMEA region

  • Leadership Experience in driving and owning multiregional projects demonstrating impact and value to organization

  • Obsession over customer experience through process design

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Computer Science, Math, related field.
