Stellenbeschreibung:

Product Owner:

• Prioritization of tasks in line with product management, customer projects and service desk


• Planning and execution of development sprints incl. acceptance of deliveries (demo, reviews) together with the Scrum team supported by Jira


• Provision of complete software deliveries for system test (configuration management, docu)


• Clarification of functional and non-functional requirements (feature owner)


• Estimation of development work (change requests)


• Technical clarifications with suppliers and other teams


• Accountable for planning (commitment and delivery in time, cost and quality)


• Accountable for work organization and effective yield of development team (work allocation)


• Accountable for quality delivered


• Responsible for clear communication with all stakeholders


• Responsible for processes adherence, implementation of good practices, strengthening agile culture and continuous improvement

Solution Architect:

• Conception of technical solutions and designs with focus on complete ITCS system


• Alignment of cross-functional requirements and interfaces in ITCS system


• Contribution to maintenance, evolution and documentation of system architecture


• More than 5 years of experience in software development


• More than 3 years of experience with direct/indirect leadership (team leader, product owner)


• Solid understanding of design methodology and processes in state-of-the-art communication and information technology


• Holistic understanding of software development life cycle – from cradle to grave


• Profound experience on a variety of software platforms (Windows, Linux, Web technologies like HTML5, Javascript, Cloud)


• Strong command of English and German, both spoken and written

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or similar
