Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the development and transformation of the marketing department


• You are leading highly motivated teams in product management, brand management, MarCom, and market segments and develop competences in strategic marketing


• You foster the cross-functional cooperation with Sales, Product Support and RnD, as well as with global operating partners


• Together with the management you develop an innovative and sustainable portfolio strategy and secure a market- and innovation-driven business growth


• You are responsible for a sophisticated market research about new technologies used in lab automation; you discover potential new applications and workflow needs and adjust the market segment strategy accordingly

Qualifications:

• You have a university degree in business, natural science or engineering


• You have several years of professional experience in the Life Science industry and a minimum of 10 years in international marketing, including business development and business intelligence


• You not only have a track record in leadership, you define your leadership as inspiring and visionary


• You have been working within global organisations and have an intercultural mindset


• You have excellent English communication skills, German language is an asset
