Your ‘day to day’ As a Senior Manager Program Quality Management you'll be the single point of contact / quality representative, mobilize multi-functional resources and coordinate their activities regarding quality of full ecosystem in line with program PMO. You'll ensure quality targets are met across from ground zero, guarantee overall program quality risk visibility to management, carry out the BLAST process and ensure reliability of quality outputs. You'll also act as global subject-matter guide for Quality Risk Management principles deployment. More specifically, you'll • Ensure end-to-end quality program management is designed per platform • Guarantee integration of compliance and legal requirements from early design phases and through any program changes • Be responsible for detailed management of program changes • Connect with customers and partners (including steering committee) • Ensure holistic oversight of program risk management • Promote and contribute to cultural change in regards to quality mindset Who we’re looking for • University degree in Engineering, Business or Science disciplines, typically 10+ years professional experience • Meaningful experience in quality management and/or new product development lifecycle in pharmaceutical, medical devices and electronics industry. And, good command of applicable international standards (GxP, ISO, ICH, etc) and quality system requirements for regulated industries. • Experience in Program Quality Management, Product Assessment, Compliance and Market Clearance processes would be plus. • Proven track record in Risk Management preferably applied for new product development projects at program level covering streams beyond product. • Previous experience in working within a multi-functional, multidisciplinary and project-team oriented environment to ensure project and business alignment • Strong communication skills, ability to ask right questions and to influence credibly and effectively senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
