Legal Counsel 50 - 70 %

In this position, you will be part of an in-house legal team that provides legal, corporate and compliance support to the operations of not only to the existing group of companies but also new investments. The working environment is fast-paced and variable. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel located in Baar (Zug), the following duties will expect you: 

What you’ll do:

• Review and draft contracts (e.g. service agreements)


• Support the business with interfaces to corporate law and employment law


• Support the M&A team on due diligence for investments in the tech space


• Handle compliance/KYC and corporate housekeeping (e.g. company secretarial matters in various jurisdictions)


• Manage and control of internal contract processes (signing/tracking/archiving)


• Independently manage smaller projects and initiatives


• Take initiative as an all-rounder, providing hands-on legal support for the group’s growing, dynamic businesses

What you’ll bring:

• Legal background (MLaw) from a Swiss university (lawyer not necessary)


• Adaptable work style with positive attitude and a service-oriented personality


• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in an international corporation and/or law firm


• Organized, with strong attention to detail and responsiveness


• Self-starter, used to work independently but also under supervision


• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks


• Confidence to liaise with different people globally, at various levels of the company


• Active contributor in a team environment with a can-do personality


• Idiomatically fluent German, excellent English
