Due to our international development, we are currently recruiting a Product Manager (m/f) for our Greek subsidiary.

 

Within the Marketing department and reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will adapt and deploy Laboratoires Bailleul International’s marketing strategy for Greece.

You will be responsible for:

• Declination of the Laboratoires Bailleul’s international marketing strategy to the Greek portfolio


• Elaboration and proposal of marketing plans for the priority products


• Management of digital marketing budget according to the commercial/marketing strategy


• Management of Instagram and Facebook accounts, company GR site & preparation of e-banners & newsletters


• Management of relations with the press & pharmacy blogs and active participation in webinars, congresses


• Medical claims & product positioning, proposal and implementation of activities and promotional material in compliance with regulatory and legal constraints


• Training of reps


• Analysis of results & profitability of products and reference markets, competition and monitoring of digital activities of competitors

 

Holding a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology with a marketing specialization, you have a first experience of at least 3 years as Product Manager.

You have a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector (dermatology especially) and are able to communicate with Greek physicians at an equal level.

You also have an aptitude for the development of digital activities.

Having excellent organizational skills, you are able to work in autonomy and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.

Good command of English is mandatory. The knowledge of French is a plus.
