Your Team 

This role is contained within the CPO Digital Strategy & Innovation department. We are a highly motivated, cross-functional and dynamic team dedicated to defining solutions for tomorrow’s financial service needs, formulating actionable recommendations and driving their realization at pace. You will be doing impactful and visible work by staying abreast of the cutting-edge business and technology trends and innovations that shape the future direction of Avaloq and the financial services industry.

Your Mission

• Shape, own and ensure successful execution of Avaloq’s strategy towards API products and Open Banking


• Transform business ideas into requirements that enable our global markets, technology and operations teams to deliver products satisfying industry business needs


• Define and drive the development of the product roadmap in close collaboration with Avaloq teams and oversee its execution 


• Contribute to your department’s overall digital strategy and innovation agenda (e.g. identify and drive strategic innovations, write white papers, engage with analysts and consulting firms) 


• Create compelling stories, white papers and presentations for different stakeholder groups

Qualifications

What you need

• Minimum of two years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, or a strategic digital product management function with proven management consulting skills


• Be able to produce high-quality, robust content showing deep technical and business knowledge in an independent and self-driven way


• Solid technical know-how in fields of IT architecture and API technology 


• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and to master complex, unstructured tasks


• Strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to organise and foster collaboration across teams


• Strong analytical skills to render complex problems understandable for an audience of varied background and technical knowledge

You will get extra points for the following

• Foundational knowledge of Open Banking/API economy and financial services products and processes
