Avaloq Headquarters is now recruiting for an experienced senior Product Line Sales Manager to join the global Sales team at a time of exciting growth and expansion.

The successful Product Line Sales Manager will support the Global Head of Sales and the global team in acquiring new Avaloq customers or upselling at existing customers by understanding their needs, analysing and providing competitive solutions and defining sales messages in close collaboration with our product management.


Your mission



  • Be globally responsible for your product line

  • As a digital native you are very close to the latest developments in Mobile- and Web-banking

  • Prepare and hold well-researched presentations and general or subject-focused system demonstrations

  • Coach and train all Sales Managers, Account Managers and Pre-Sales on your product line

  • Work very closely together with our Product Management team

  • In the context of RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) Process, support the Sales Team in answering the different functional and technical questions and in shaping the Solution.

  • Plan and coordinate sales-oriented workshops series together with the local Pre-Sales team to efficiently demonstrate our software modules to customers during the selection processes

  • Develop Sales documentation in assigned subject areas

  • Analyse the country (market)-specific requirements, provide input for Demo System use cases and plan / coordinate functional adaptations 

  • Represent Avaloq at market exhibitions and participate in other Sales & Marketing events globally

  • Lead or contribute to feasability studies or Proof-of-concept projects during the final phases of a Sales project


Qualifications


What you need



  • Extensive experience within Sales or Pre-Sales, with experience gained within a vendor and/or wealth management / private banking environment

  • Wealth management & private banking industry experience is a must

  • Experience of selling Deployed, SaaS and BPaaS solutions

  • Excellent understanding of digital banking solutions for Mobile and Web

  • Excellent presentation skills - delivers with passion, energy and gravitas

  • Strong communication skills, with excellent English

  • Well-developed networking and influencing skills, which can be applied internally/externally and globally/locally
