Job Description

Your team is a dynamic, purpose driven and knowledgeable team with a strong background in wealth management. We are re-shaping the tool landscape a wealth manager is using, by rigorously focusing on user centred design. From Prototype to product, by continuously verifying with users and stakeholders. We are achieving this, and continue to work on it by following the design thinking process and adapting it in all our teams. A rigorous focus and empathy with our user base is crucial, also within the organization.

Your mission

• Work closely with product and sales teams to plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for Avaloq Wealth 


• Be the go-to person for positioning Avalon Wealth and messaging the value proposition towards all stakeholders


• Establish a Client Success metric and feedback loop with clients of Avaloq Wealth


• Establish a sales enablement program and coordinate the development of sales material (e.g. presentations, datasheets, case studies, demo videos, and white papers)


• Maintain a deep understanding of customers/industry trends/competitors that help support and drive the roadmap


• As part of our Wealth Products team you will contribute to the overall Avaloq Product strategy in this space, ensuring the cohesiveness and competitiveness of the overall product portfolio

Qualifications

What you need

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the software or financial industry


• Preferably hands-on experience in the wealth management industry


• A University degree in Management and/or Finance


• A deep understanding of the wealth management industry


• The ability to visualize and communicate complex business problems


• The ability to understand and empathize with the users of our software the build to create long term product value
