Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

• Zentrale Anlaufstelle und Drehscheibe zwischen externem IT support und internen Mitarbeitern bei Störungen


• 1st Level Support wie Standard Changes sowie Koordination von 2nd und 3rd Level Support der Service Requests


• Bereitstellen von IT-Infrastruktur bei Mitarbeitereintritten in Absprache mit dem externen Support


• Schulung der Grundfunktionen unseres ERP bei Neueintritten


• Verantwortung für den Unterhalt der Videokonferenzinfrastrukturen


• Formulieren von IT-Guidelines


• Erstellen von Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Checklisten


• IT-Prozessbeschriebe und Dokumentationen für die Gruppe


• Verwaltung des Hardware und Software Inventars inklusive Lizenzen


• Mithilfe bei der geplanten ERP Migration

Ihr Profil:

• Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) mit BMS oder Maturität und in Ausbildung zum Bachelor Informatik FH


• Relevante Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion


• Sämtliche IT-Kenntnisse, die über MS Office hinaus gehen sind ein plus


• Ausgeprägtes IT-Flair und Interesse an Firmenprozessen und -abläufen


• Kommunikativer Teamplayer der selbständig arbeitet


• Starke Analyse-, Problemlösungs-, Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten


• Deutsch und Englisch fließend
