• An exciting position within CSAM’s ESG team which is responsible for the development and implementation of the Sustainable Investment Framework within CSAM and which is supporting distribution and sales people across the entire CSAM organization.


• The outstanding opportunity to shape and steer our ESG integration approach in the various business functions – Equities, Fixed Income and Balanced Solutions. In close collaboration with portfolio managers you will work out ideas – and implement them – on how to improve ESG integration into the investment process on the portfolio management side.


• Driving a project to feed ESG information into our central IT system which will become the basic platform for ESG information for our portfolio management team.


• An active role in the creation and formulation of an ESG integration policy and to satisfy all regulatory requirements with respect to ESG Integration.


• The responsibility to support of our internal business partners, e.g. Sales and Distribution, Product Specialist, Client Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Management and other departments and divisions with respect to ESG Integration activities.

Your skills and experience

• Are you a dedicated and highly motivated individual who establishes effective relationships with key partners and can make things happen? Then, join us to develop our business and expand the frontier of modern Asset Management.


• You have at least a Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Finance or another related field.


• Several years of experience in sustainable investing in the fields of portfolio management, product management, sales and distribution as well as a good knowledge of the product landscape of an asset manager.


• Very good interpersonal skills, for example in discussions with portfolio management of the various asset classes.


• work highly motivated in a reliable and independent way, strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to details.


• The ability to take initiatives to see opportunities to improve processes and policies, generate ideas and challenge the status quo.


• Very good communication skills in German and in English.


• Being dedicated, well organized and able to prioritize plus working towards team/individual deadlines with a quality deliverable.
