Job Description


Galderma is undergoing a business transformation, which is underpinned by a Program called PGI (Platform & Growth). The Platform part of this Program covers the following end to end (E2E) processes: Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Integrated Business Planning, Record to Report, Product Master management, Human Resources, IT.           


Job Responsibilities



  • Ownership of the data plan for the overall E2E Platform Program

  • Scope includes: Master, Reference and Transactional data with a focus on: Dependencies & sequencing, Resource gaps spotted early

  • Coordination of data activities across E2E Project scope: Data Access, Data Cleansing, Data Migration, Testing data set

  • Progress reporting to PMO on data

  • Lead weekly data coordination meetings together with External Advisors


Minimum Requirements



  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, Data and/or any relevant degree

  • Project Management certification

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in English (written and oral)/ A second language is an asset

  • Exposure to major & complex IT programs – incl. data cleansing & migration, testing etc.

  • Ability to coordinate at a program-wide level, but also follow-up at a detailed level

  • Be proactive and comfortable to work with large degree of liberty once objectives have been provided.

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Be a team player
