Your work as UX Expert at ELCA contains


 



  • Working in challenging projects in various business sectors, using state-of-the-art technologies and tools

  • Optimizing the conceptual and visual design of interfaces (web and mobile applications), creating an exceptional user experience

  • Supporting and advising sales teams in offer preparation and presentation

  • Analysing and documenting business challenges (strategies and objectives, stakeholder interviews, analysis of the documentation)

  • Understanding of user requirements (interviews, questionnaires, observations etc.)

  • Identifying user behaviours, transforming the results into personas and experience maps

  • Defining target experiences and identifying the key path (user journeys, storyboards, workflows)

  • Defining the information architecture (card sorting workshop, concept models, tree structure)

  • Participating and executing usability test structures, performing usability tests, considering end user feedbacks
     


Main deliverables in client projects:



  • Interface design (sketches, wireframes)

  • Prototyping on design tools such as Axure

  • Interaction design (behaviours, design patterns)

  • Writing functional specifications in collaboration with technical teams
     


Throughout the project, you’ll take part in creative sessions (co-design, customer workshops) and user tests at all stages of the iterative process (paper prototype, clickable prototype, graphic model, etc.)

About your profile



  • CAS and/or MAS HCID (Human Computer Interaction and Design)

  • Or comparable, UX specific training and certification such as
    o Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience - UXQB
    o Professional Diploma in UX Design, UXDI UX Design Institute
    o Usability Expert
    o Bachelor of Arts - Integrated Design


Desired skills set:



  • Knowledge of key UX methodologies (user research, benchmarks, wireframes, prototypes, test methods)

  • Great ability to formalise and reproduce deliverables in quality

  • Good knowledge of prototyping tools, e.g. Axure

  • Ease of working in multidisciplinary, agile teams

  • HTML, CSS skills are an advantage

  • Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English


You are an experienced UX professional, ideally worked on various projects (such as web, etc.) at all stages of the project such as offers, strategy, design, testing and implementation. You can break-down a synthetic global design vision to the smallest containing elements of a user interface. You have a passion for new technologies, and you want to acquire all the principles of ergonomics and design. You are an autonomous working person, a great listener and recognised for your strength in making your own creative suggestions as well as for your adaptability. You know how to empathise?
