What you achieve

Be it during your studies or after graduation, we hand you the keys to the world of IT: During 12 to 18 months, you work 60 to 100% on various IT projects with flexible timeframes and get to know different business areas throughout the company. An internal marketplace helps you find suitable projects, or you secure them yourself. Once you have decided on an assignment, you work independently on the different stages of the projects. Plus, you get to attend various workshops on topics like agility, human-centered design, or intrapreneurship. You benefit from professional mentoring throughout the program.

Why you succeed

• Bachelor's degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) or completed or current Master's degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in computer science or technology, graduation no longer than one year ago


• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript/HTML, Go, or Python


• Familiar with cloud, security, blockchain, AI, Big Data, analytics, IoT, and 5G


• Very good communication skills


• Strong ability to learn and willing to work hard


• Curious and enthusiastic


• Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and able to work independently


• Fluency in written and spoken English, German and French a plus
