UC&C Presales and Solution Consultant (f/m) 100% Lausanne-Prilly Duties and responsibilities:


    • Promote, consult, design and develop Business Mobile & Work Smart solutions for Sunrise’s Large Corporate and SME customers. Unlimited Mobile Workplace is a new approach for communication and collaboration solutions (fixnet/mobile, Work Smart and UC&C).  



    • Analyze customer’s environment, create value out of Mobile & Work Smart solutions (UC&C) for the customer and enable sales opportunities,

    • Promote Sunrise’s Business Mobile & UMW strategy at existing customer base and prospects,

    • Analyze customer’s needs and detect sales opportunities,

    • Orchestrate virtual account team to design and build-up a tailored solution for the customer/prospect,

    • Answer customer’s RFI/RFP with high focus on commercial aspect,

    • Write technical offer documentation and maintain Network Design Summaries,

    • Work closely with the Account Managers and present the solutions to business customers/prospects,

    • Coordinate and manage technical tasks within sunrise, as well as with external partners if required.


What we look for in an applicant:


    • Telecom/IT engineer degree or multi-year experience in a similar job in an IT or telecommunications company with a clear commercial mindset;

    • Experienced in solution consulting and engineering, mainly in Telecom (Communication and collaboration solutions) and Mobility Solutions;

    • Strong Sales orientation, experienced in presenting offers and closing contracts to business customers (including C-Level);

    • Goal-oriented, communicative person, able to work autonomously;

    • Demonstrable strategic thinking skills, thinking creatively to develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges;

    • Solid social manners, enthusiastic, flexible person and team-player with the ability to integrate in a dynamic team;

    • Willing to pitch in and support other business areas as needed;

    • Enthusiastic about Digitalization, Work Smart and New Technologies.

    • Fluency in French and English, German would be an advantage
