Your ‘day to day’ As a Manager QMS Training & Integration you will lead the definition, management and oversight of the QMS related training strategies, programs and activities across PMI, ensure governance of QMS training programs and processes and ensure the organization has the right level of knowledge, capabilities and competences to adhere to QMS & regulatory requirements and drive Quality culture. You will also contribute in deploying and maintaining a coherent, effective an up-to-date Quality Management System (QMS) for all PMI functions ensuring deployment of new and/or updated regulatory or internal requirements, particularly as PMI continues its journey into Life Sciences. More specifically, you'll • Design, implement, continually improve and monitor comprehensive and compliant Global QMS Training and Competences process, strategies and programs to ensure that individuals impacting product quality are competent and qualified to perform their assigned activities and responsibilities • Drive standardization of training requirements identification, implementation and management across the business while ensuring adequate alignments, consulting and partnering with representatives of different training programs among different functions (e.g. HR, Manufacturing, Consumer, Markets) • Lead strategic direction, development and oversight of the Training programs for the global organization while ensuring the development and maintenance of documents (DIR, SOP, WKI) related to training and competences management. • Promotes Quality Culture within the greater PMI organization, to foster the notion of ownership of the Quality Management System and to strengthen QA mindset in the organization • Implement deployment strategy for new QMS documents in-line with QMS structure and taxonomy. Define interaction and “coexistence” with other management systems in PMI (e.g. OPEN+, EHS&S, P&P’s) • Coach to translate business practice in clear QMS processes requirements description to have clear content and boundaries of each systems and what is handled/led where, avoid duplications, gaps and inconsistencies • Lead continuous improvement and implementation of global QMS to facilitate business and Quality objectives Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, specialization in Quality Management • Strong experience in a GxP environment in the pharmaceutical industry • Knowledge & experience in Med Devices standards (i.e. ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR, …) • Sound expertise with international Quality standards and their core processes and experience in creating and deploying Quality Systems • Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying training strategy, in the quality area • Good knowledge in IT systems, infrastructure environment and tools • Highly collaborative, integrator, strong communicator and influencer holding very good business awareness • Proficient in English, both written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
