In Santrade Ltd. Switzerland, we perform financial and controlling activities for the total SMS Logistics organization. We are now looking for a talented Business Control Manager for the SMS Logistics operation, located in Lucerne, with the aim to be a true business partner. Your mission
As a Business Control Manager within SMS Logistics, you will be leading a team of controllers, working closely with the operational managers and the SMS divisions supporting them in the strategy development and execution.


The ambition is to strengthen the business controlling area. Specifically, you will drive and develop the SMS Logistics’ accounting and controlling processes, actual and forecast as well as to provide business performance analyses and commentaries to management. Furthermore, you will support SMS Logistics’ strategic initiatives and participate in business cases and projects within the SMS Logistics finance area.


In this position, you report directly to the Finance Director, Nils Lundkvist.


Your profile
We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or business administration. You have at least ten years’ experience working with controlling or other relevant business experience in a global environment. Managerial skills is also a important.


A good understanding of financial and business processes, both from a local entity perspective as well as a consolidated perspective is valuable.


As we operate globally, you need excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. In addition, German language skills are an advantage.
