Full Stack Developer (f/m) 80-100%

 

In this role, you will work in a small team that is developing applications for the analysis of NMR spectra and other data sets using machine learning. While the data scientists in the team are developing the algorithms, you will be responsible for the incorporation of these algorithms into existing or newly developed software and the testing and maintenance of the software. You will have the opportunity to use your versatile skills to turn our algorithms into valuable software for our customers and to improve our deployment and testing infrastructure.

To fill this position, we are looking for a self-driven personality with great enthusiasm for well-structured code and an interest in science and innovation.

 

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Design and implementation of software for scientific applications


• Maintenance and further development of existing applications and the testing environment


• Maintenance and further development of the CI/CD pipeline


• Improving our workflows and code infrastructure

Qualifikationen

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science or equivalent qualification


• Extensive programming experience in Java and python


• Hands-on experience with Maven and Jenkins


• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure


• Interest in machine learning


• Project experience and team spirit


• Open minded with good communication skills


• Highly motivated to learn new technologies


• Fluent in English, German is a plus
