We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the digital asset economy. In scope of our international expansion strategy we are seeking for a Country Manager to ramp-up our Hong Kong based entity, reporting to our Chief Executive Officer. 

In this Senior Management role, you will perform the following tasks:

• Define and build the Asian strategy for the Digital Coprorate Finance business-line, with an initial focus on:
  
  
  
  • Establishing and driving a full functioning team in line with global operating model
  
  
  • Creating best-of-call team by attracting top talents
  
  
  • Creating a strategic Business Development plan for positioning Digital Corporate Finanace and Investment Products, leading to a fast growth revenue generating model
  
  
  • Position SEBA as bank of choice and leader in Digital Asset & Currency space
  
  
  • Establish strong relationship with regualator and local business community
  
  


• Elaborate and commit to the business / financial plan ensuring profitable and sustainable growth in Hong Kong and the Asia Region relating to Digital Corporate Finance and Asset Management Solutions


• Drive and manage business development by identifying and assessing investment opportunities in a fast paced environment, assume full accountability for deal origination and marketing efforts (i.e. lead events to build interest and momentum in fundraising projects / Tokenomics)


• Nourish and build a state-of-the-art CEO network for nationaly and regionally headquartered multinationals and other client segments (professional investors)


• Set and implement approaches and processes to ensure that token initiatives are completed on schedule and to the highest standards complying with legal, regulatory and corporate governance best practices


• Closely follow market developments in the Blockchain industry, understand the economic aspects of token from a macro to micro point of view and ability to grasp the trends and dynamics of the industry

For you to become part of SEBA’s journey, we require the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of senior sales / business development related activity, preferably in investment banking, corporate finance and asset management


• Solid understanding of Blockchain, Digital Assets, Currencies and Crypto


• Significant network of key decision makers across multiple client segments, on C-Level in Hong Kong and other Asian legislations


• Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals


• Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events


• Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.


• Multiple years experience in ECM/DCM


• Significant experience in working in the digital / technology sector on a national and international basis


• Track record in building own book with large scale transactions and in driving financial performance


• Strong financial modelling skills


• Excellent managerial, communication and social skills and in managing a multi-million P&L


• True problem solver who combines analytical skills with an entrepreneurial spirit


• Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
