Who is Yokoy?
We’re a Swiss FinTech startup that has built a very powerful AI technology to help companies automate their entire spending management across 150 countries and languages. Our level of technology is very new to the industry and is something we’re very proud of. Recently, we have also been nominated as one of Switzerland’s TOP 100 startups, are nominated for the FinTech award, have offices in Zurich and Vienna and will expand soon to other places. While our team is growing very fast, we’re still missing a (Sen.) Growth/Lead Generation Marketing Manager to shape the lead generation strategy in the DACH region. Growth Marketing Manager


Your responsibilities



  • You plan, create, execute and optimize the digital strategy for lead generation in the DACH region.

  • You run omni-channel marketing campaigns across various digital platforms and different countries, in both English and German.

  • You create test and optimize creatives, landing pages, new/current channels to reach ambitious growth KPIs

  • You capture high-quality target leads, but also nurture them down the funnel of engaging content

  • You setup and monitor A/B tests through different channels

  • You track, report and improve the effectiveness of campaigns


What we are looking for



  • A strong copywriter – in German and English – for longer landing pages as well as for short ads

  • An expert when it comes to SEM, SEO (technical, on-, and off-page) email marketing, and Social Ads

  • You know the ins and outs of the different paid and non-paid growth marketing channels, email automation (e.g. Hubspot), A/B testing tools, GTM/tags, pixels, scripts, and have at least a basic understanding of HTML

  • You excel in data collection and analysis to identify actionable insights to increase lead generation, reduce acquisition cost while maintaining quality

  • You have a technical affinity, treat growth marketing like a science, data-based but always add an extra dose of creativity

  • You’re passionate about the FinTech space, a voracious learner who constantly aims improves your own skills

  • You thrive on challenges in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and have the mindset that no job is too small or too difficult.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a lead generation/results driven marketing environment (ideally in B2B space)
