Job Description

You will contribute to the implementation, development and maintenance of the steering tools for our field activities.

You will take support the management of our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases in order to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with CS operations team to prioritize business and information needs


• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports


• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities


• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.


• Training end users on new reports and dashboards


• Providing technical support on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/statistics/computer science/mathematics or equivalent


• Work experience as a data analyst or in related field


• Language skills: English (fluent) French would be a big plus


• Knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, Kimble a plus


• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks


• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations


• Experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases


• Experience in handling large data sets and relational databases


• High-level written and verbal communication skills


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy


• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings


• Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
