For our Group IT team we are looking for a dedicated personality as Global Master Data Manager 100% (f/m). The position encompasses the following main tasks:
• You support the Group in defining strategic objectives and the roadmap for Master Data Management (MDM) and contributing to set the annual targets and budget.
• You lead the domain organization on group level in close collaboration with the Segment MDM head, manage required resources for both development, implementation and roll-out of the MDM governance processes and systems.
• You establish and manage the network of own domain representatives in regions/markets to facilitate identification of business issues and requirements. You ensure data quality and requested services for all data within domain.
• You implement the adoption of common Master Data rules across various business functions in both Segment and Region dimensions.
• You lead and support the Group in the efficient execution of end-to-end business processes and becoming a data driven company by ensuring that the global core data are governed and maintained in a central business application.
• You assess change requests against data models and IT architecture requirements, analyzing the implications of change, approving, documenting, and implementing the changes.
• You obtained a university degree (MBA or similar) with emphasis on finance, accounting, IT, engineering, or data management.
• You gained experience in the implementation of standards and driving quality improvements across the organization.
• You can manage expectations, constraints, and conflicts of interests of many stakeholders on various levels in an international environment.
• You are a strategic thinker, possess sustainable drive to set long-term targets and execute plans to reach targets.
• You have a track record in development and delivery of concepts and solutions towards data driven improvements.
• You have project management, leadership, and implementation experience, also with virtual teams.
• You have an advanced knowledge of the respective master data domain and related business impact knowledge. Ideally, you gained prior experience from operations and development projects utilizing Master Data.
• Ideally, you are familiar with SAP ERP, PLM, PIM, MDM applications and/or BI solutions.
