In support of our existing team we are currently looking for:


Lead Agile & Digital (m/f/d)


Responsibilities



  • Management of an agile multi-disciplinary team responsible for the digital activities in the market

  • Shape the digital strategy & roadmap for the major therapeutic areas and execute according to the company’s strategy

  • Lead the deployment of Digital resources while ensuring the value realization

  • Lead implementation of Agile marketing & processes, including capacity planning

  • Oversee development and realization of key omni-channel & digital campaigns in priority TAs

  • Close collaboration and work with Franchise leads to shape digital strategy & roadmap for the major therapeutic areas

  • Track marketing campaigns overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness

  • Create and assimilate cross channel planning and tracking processes and tools

  • Prototype innovative regional/global innovative digital initiatives

  • Lead the change management aspects of the digital agile transformation looking into toolset, mindset and skillset

  • Hands-on project management support for the strategic product portfolio

  • Lead a team of 5 employees


Qualifications



  • Relevant degree from an accredited university or/and solid experience of leading multi-channel / digital projects and capabilities with subject matter expertise in Marketing and Digital

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across multiple business units and with senior leaders

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale projects effectively and efficiently including problem solving skills

  • Strong experience in building a data-oriented environment where Data is core to inform business decisions

  • Well organized, highly motivated, process driven, and results oriented with the ability to rebalance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills, both written and oral, are required to synthesize key issues, and communicate/persuade constituencies towards specific actions and initiatives

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and external relationships

  • Strong change management experience

  • Fluency in English both oral and written

  • Willingness to travel to Austria 45% of the time


We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. This person can be based in our Austrian site or works remotely. In case you choose to be located in our Austrian site, the minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 80.200,-- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
