Your tasks
In this key role as Operational Excellence Manager you are a performance enabler, orchestrating process improvements cross-functionally within Belimed across departments (Sales, Product Management, Operations, Regulatory, R&D Teams, Finance, IT etc.)
Improve core processes of Belimed in terms of efficiency and effectiveness
Drive continuous improvements efforts across teams, regions and business Units and manages projects to accelerate business performance
Plan, run and supervise productivity and cost saving analyses
Plan, execute and supervise project realization in order to enable the release of the identified saving potentials
Work in agile project teams on site in our worldwide locations (Go to Gemba) or from our headquarters
Develop an Operational Excellence community to consistently develop and improve productivity and run cost reduction initiatives
Continuous systematical development of the Operational Excellence toolbox in order to further develop the knowhow and expertise of the operational team
This newly created role is a key element in developing a winning organization. You will report directly to the CFO and you are part of the extended management team.
Your profile
Min. 5 years’ experience in global Operational Excellence programs (Med tech or general industry or strategy consulting)
A warm and inspiring personality with the ability to win peoples acceptance for change
Stable, authentic personality; able to quickly establish credibility internally and externally, and within multiple business sectors and business practices
Distinctive analytical, methodological and conceptual competences with pragmatic flair and "Can do" attitude
High level of motivation, solution-oriented personality willing to continuously develop further
Convincing problem solving and conceptual capability, proven by solved (operational) issues in complex organizations, e.g. Six Sigma Black or Green Belt
Educated in and fascinated by business processes and operational excellence methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, KAIZEN)
Good or excellent university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent professional track record
Solid SAP experience
Open for world-wide travels (up to 50%)
Business fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus
