User Engagement Coordinator
Your mission would be to accompany the staff and external stakeholders to help them understand, engage and embrace changes in their business environment within technological transitions and in their adoption of new ways of working.
What will I do?
Engagement & Adoption strategies
Contributing to the definition of the Business Engagement & Adoption overall strategy and execution across key digital solutions.
Contributing to the identification and segmentation of stakeholders impacted by the changes
Knowledge Management
Managing content and learning pathways across the full spectrum of users’ needs lifecycle together with internal experts
Managing O365 online learnings through internal SharePoint platform
Facilitating introduction of new learning concepts and tools (incl. self-service/e-learning, webinars) while supporting them
Overseeing the development of user-centric content and tools and supporting deployment across the IOC departments
Community management activities
Preparing, collecting and reviewing the content to be shared and managing the speakers.
Helping organize events with the purpose of increasing knowledge, information sharing and participant engagement
Monitoring user engagement and adoption
Contributing to the identification, tracking and analysis of key metrics in user adoption and engagement
Contributing to the organization of surveys and interviews to collect and analyse qualitative measures
What am I bringing to the team?
A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change processes
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (Prosci certification a plus)
Understanding user testing and what an audience is looking for when using an online tool
Excellent French communication skills, both in written and verbal
Excellent English - active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Familiarity with IT project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, in particular SharePoint and Teams
Good knowledge of Articulate for online trainings
