The Negishi - Sushi Bar belongs to the Family Wiesner Gastronomie AG. The restaurant in the Archhöfe City Mall in Winterthur has 55 seats. In addition, a terrace with 60 seats . The sushis and sashimis are prepared fresh daily on site directly in front of the guests. The entire range is also available as take-away and home delivery.

Provide the mise en place for lunch and dinner service
Produce Sushi Rolls
Independent preparation of specials and dishes of the day
General cleaning work
Adherence to the hygiene concept according to HACCP
Your proflie
At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
Good command of English and intermediate German
Clean, efficient and precise way of working
