We are looking for you to co-lead our innovative Restaurant Les Saisons Team as a dynamic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager from this summer season onwards!


Together with the entire service team, you ensure the culinary experience of our guests and a pleasant stay in our hotel restaurants.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Co-Hosting the main Restaurant Les Saisons

  • Co-Leading a team of approx. 21 employees (including apprentices & trainees)

  • Ensuring an excellent guest experience with a focus on quality and hygiene standards

  • Responsible for recruiting, training and developing the Restaurant Team

  • Creating the monthly schedule

  • Supporting and representing the Restaurant Manager in his absence

  • Executing of orders, inventories and daily reports
